It is the kind of person who makes miracles.

It is the kind of person who has unlimited kindness, drive, patience, resourcefulness and passion.

When you have to cancel your moving company with less than a twelve-hour notice and they laugh anytime you call because it’s not the first time.

Somebody who runs around to make sure that you’ll have a place you like, need and want. 

Somebody you can call any time of day. 

Somebody who would even shop for groceries before you get there after a 1700 mile car trip if you’d ask.

Somebody like Jo Church making offers, taking pictures, scouting for listings, calling me in Germany if there was a problem, signing papers on my behalf – in short, buying my house for me with all the hassle that comes with it. No way I could have pulled this off on my own! Jo Church made a nightmare into a dream; “holding hands” over the phone and via e-mail when things got tuff, always being there like a guardian angel.
